STANDARD CONTRACT SERVICES The
contractual
agreement
used
by
Land
Arch
Limited
is
put
in
place
to
protect
both
the
client
and
Land
Arch
Limited.
Most
residential
project
contracts
are
verbally
binding
after
an
acceptance
of
the
quoted
price. Land
Arch
Limited
agrees
to
perform
the
services
agreed
to,
at
or
above
the
standards
acceptable
by
the
New
Zealand
Institute
of
Landscape
Architects.
If
the
client
believes
that
with
the
work
that
has
been
produced
is
not
of
an
acceptable
standard,
they
should
notify
Land
Arch
Limited
immediately
so
that
we
are
able
to
rectify
the
situation. If any unforeseen design work is requested or required then the client shall be charged at the current rate. If at any time the client wishes to withdraw from the contract , they are to notify Land Arch Limited, whereupon the contract will finish and the client will be invoiced for work already completed. |
